SLOW COOKER GARLIC GRAVY ROAST BEEF
This recipe has it all: tender beef, savory, garlicky gravy, and a comfort level that will be sure to have your family begging for seconds (or thirds).
With a few simple ingredients and your handy slow cooker, it couldn’t be easier to make!
DO I HAVE TO USE AN EXPENSIVE CUT OF BEEF?
That’s the beauty of the slow cooker – you don’t have to spend a lot of money on expensive cuts! Actually, the less expensive cuts of beef work better due to the long, slow cooking time. Let your slow cooker do all the work for you!
WILL THE BEEF DRY OUT WHILE COOKING?
It will not dry out! This is another reason I love my slow cooker. Because there is no evaporation during the cooking process, all of that wonderful moisture keeps the beef from drying out. The end result will be a lovely, tender roast that you won’t be able to get enough of!
WILL SLOW COOKER GARLIC GRAVY ROAST BEEF FREEZE WELL?
It definitely will! The ingredients are simple enough that you won’t really even need to freeze them together for a meal pack, though you can include the packet of brown gravy mix in a separate bag if you like. The leftovers will freeze beautifully though!
I know your family will love this recipe as much as mine does!

Happenings From Our Family Of 9
On vacation, we rented a buggy and drove around the island of Cozumel. We went with some of our favorite people in the whole world. It was certainly a time to remember. Next time we are gonna take the kids, but I don’t think they make a buggy for 9!
