This is by far a favorite sandwich of mine, so when I discovered that I could cook it in the crockpot, I was thrilled!
Tweet this recipe!Click To TweetIngredients: 1-2 pounds roast or round steak (sliced into thin pieces) 1/2 sliced onion 1 green pepper, sliced 1/4 cup white wine 1 T. Worcestershire sauce Cheese Buns to Serve on
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except cheese and buns) into a freezer safe bag. Label & Freeze.
On Cooking Day:
Cook on low for 8-9 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. When serving, place meat on bread and immediately cover it with cheese so that it melts. If it doesn’t melt enough, place it into the oven so that it will.
