INSTANT POT LEMON PEPPER TURKEY BREAST
Lemon Pepper Turkey Breast is a family favorite around here, and for good reason. I love it because it’s healthy and easy to make, but my family loves it because it’s just plain delicious!
This is one of my go-to recipes because it is so versatile. It’s easy to dress up for a special occasion or family get-together, but it’s also easy to make for a weeknight dinner. It really does work for just about everything!
WILL INSTANT POT LEMON PEPPER TURKEY BREAST DRY OUT?
This is one of my favorite things about cooking turkey in the Instant Pot. It stays moist and juicy! When you cook turkey in the oven, it can dry out easily. Because pressure cooking doesn’t allow the juices to escape, your turkey breast comes out perfect with no extra effort from you!
WHAT SHOULD I SERVE WITH INSTANT POT LEMON PEPPER TURKEY BREAST?
This is up to you! It goes wonderfully with Cheesy Garlic Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes and a salad, but you can also dress it up with Instant Pot Sweet Potato Casserole and your favorite vegetable. Feel free to get creative with it!
WILL INSTANT POT LEMON PEPPER TURKEY BREAST FREEZE WELL?
This recipe freezes very easily! Just package up any leftovers and you’ll have them ready whenever you need them. Enjoy!

Happenings from our family of 9
Another summer pic from last year. This is our girls and their friend enjoying the mud beach at the lake near our house. We woke up this morning to snow on the ground again. I am longing for summer more and more each day!
