Today, another 4 weeks has passed since I last updated you on my Shaklee 180™ results! I sometimes worry about how fast times goes, lol…but, here I am sharing all about my plan to break through a plateau. Yes, you read that right. I think I’ve hit a plateau. It’s OK though.
I still lost weight.
I still lost inches.
I just didn’t lose quite as much as I think I should have. Of course, that’s how it goes though. We have big aspirations and then…… the big results don’t come.
That’s OK. It’s bound to happen. I have a great plan of action. I know I can do this!

Great ideas! I do think they will work. I need to start writing down what I eat as well. I have a very hard time with not eating until I am hungry. That's where my focus will be this week. (I am within 6 pounds of goal weight but I still want to just focus on maintaining here someday!) lol The other thing that helps me is to drink a ton of water. I almost always lose weight when I get enough water down. And for me, having salads and brown rice and no bread except for dinners really helps me. That is so hard because I LOVE bread and I make homemade bread for the family so it's a huge temptation. I just thought of another area that helps me. When I used to exercise alone, I wouldn't always follow through. Now I run with my husband 3x/week and that really helps me stay accountable. Even if running isn't your thing (it's truly not mine either but I like that it's over with quickly) you could take a nice walk with your husband in the evenings and it's exercise but also special time alone. 🙂 Praying that you are able to smash through the plateau easily this month. You can do it!

YES, my dh has been going biking with me lately and it about kills me, lol. I'm still a wimp getting up those hills. I can feel it getting easier most of the time, but wow…..I hope it gets to where I'm not huffing and puffing like crazy all the way up the hills. I agree though…..if I cut out carbs, drink lots of water and eat lots of salad, I do pretty well, too! Thanks for cheering me on!! 🙂

I would love to lose 40 lbs but that shaklee stuff is way to expensive for my pocket….. I understand you get alot of things with it but that's crazy prices on their website… best of luck to you as you get through your plateau…. wish you all the best in getting healthy.
