Have you ever had a recipe on your list of recipes to make, but then, you weren’t sure if you should REALLY make that recipe? This Garlic Italian Roast & Pasta recipe was one of those. I wasn’t sure if I should really cook a delicious cut of meat, like a roast in spaghetti sauce. I was afraid I would feel like it was a waste of a good roast.
I had it assembled as a crockpot freezer meal for a few days, but couldn’t bring myself to actually make it, lol. Yeah, I know, this is starting to sound dramatic isn’t it? So…finally, one day, I was distraught about supper and remembered the roast in spaghetti sauce. I cooked it and the rest is history…..
I’m SO GLAD I gave it a shot. It turned out delicious!
