Do you like crock pot pork chops as much as I do? My husband wasn’t always sure he did. Once upon a time, there was a girl who married a boy. They lived many years without ever eating pork chops, because her handsome husband claimed he didn’t like them. But, after years of not having them, that brave girl decided to try them in the slow cooker to see if he would notice. And do you know what? He likes them! He really likes them! (and no, his name is not Mikey, that’s his brother….haha).
OK, so seriously, yes… we really did go years without eating pork chops. But this greek pork chops recipe was a great one to jump in with. He’s ALWAYS surprised at how much he likes the recipes I make with pork. It’s not like he’s totally against it or anything. He very willingly eats bacon and sausage, he just has a mental thing against pork chops, lol.
This is another one of those marinades that I made for the slow cooker or the grill. We ate it as Crock Pot Pork Chops and it was great cooked that way! As you know, it has been an awfully hot summer and this is a great way to keep you from heating the house up a little more. By using the grill or the slow cooker, you keep that heat contained!
I don’t know about you, but my house has been getting really hot by the end of the day. Last night, it was up to 80 degrees in here. On those 100+ days, my air unit just can’t keep up.

Hi Sarah
I adapted slightly to your recipe but used most of it. Put in slow cooker for five hours and it came out amazing. Thank you and thanks to your husband for inspiring you😂
