Another 4 weeks have passed!  Did you notice?  I can’t really believe it!  I’m still dropping pounds and inches!  Yay!  If you missed my earlier update, go and check that out.  I’m amazed at how much I can see my tummy shrinking.  The tummy area is definitely the place that I lose the inches the most from.
