I always love eating Chicken Parmesan, but it seems to be quite the ordeal to get it cooked. All the breading and frying is time consuming. Well, this recipe takes out the breading and frying, but amazingly it still tastes great, even without that breading! It looks pretty awesome, too! This recipe was a definite family pleaser!

Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (enough for your family)
- 1 large onion sliced
- Italian Seasoning
- 32 oz spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place chicken breasts on top of that. Sprinkle chicken breasts with the Italian Seasoning. Cover with Spaghetti sauce. Cook on low for 5-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella Cheese over the top of each chicken breast.
Freezer to Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Slice Onions. Place sliced onions and chicken breasts in gallon size freezer safe bag. If you would like to make sure your Mozzarella cheese is available, you can freeze it in a separate baggie within the gallon sized one. Label & Freeze. Save the other ingredients to add on the day of cooking. Easy peasy.
