Are you curious to know how much weight and inches I’ve lost so far on the Shaklee 180™ program? As you know, I lost 10 pounds in my first 2 weeks. That was exciting! The following 2 weeks, the weight didn’t fall off quite as quickly.
My weight in the 2nd 2 weeks, I was seeing go up and down by a few pounds several times. Finally though, it fell 3.4 more pounds by March 31st for a total of 13.4 pounds lost in the month of March. In the video, you’ll see that I claimed more weight lost than the original 13.4. This is because I stepped on the scale on April 1st and I was down even more! I was so excited that I just had to share it!
Keep in mind that this is my first ever video that I’ve published myself. I’m not used to seeing myself or hearing myself on video. I tend to shy away from video altogether. But blogging brings me to trying new things and sometimes that means things I’m scared of. Hmmm, sounds a bit like weight loss, doesn’t it? Amazingly, the video went better than I expected. I was recording it in my car because I couldn’t seem to find a quiet place to get it done. My toddler was napping after a drive to the doctor in a neighboring town, so I figured I may as well sit there and record this video for you while I waited for him to wake up. Who wants to awaken a snoozing toddler?! Not me, that’s for sure!! I apologize in advance for the sound of the rain in my car. It had begun sleeting. In April! Can you believe it?
