Hello friends. Another month has already gone by and I’m still here on the Shaklee 180 program. This past month was a tough one. I did a lot of travelling for doctor’s appointments, hospital stays, homeschool conferences and even a trip to Branson for a prolonged field trip with the kiddos and their cousins. I found that I don’t do very well staying on the program when I’m in the car so much. I need something to keep my awake. I do not like coffee and I don’t like diet soda, either. I’m not even a very big fan of tea. I should probably try to change that so that I can get my caffeine fix while I’m travelling!
To say that my motivation was suffering is a bit of an underestimate! It was suffering, but I still managed to lose a little. You’ll have to watch the video to find out just how much.
So, come on, cheer me on and maybe join in with me! Exercise, exercise, exercise! Let me know how you’re doing!
I’m going to try and post about how I’m doing a little more frequently than I have been. More to keep myself accountable than anything!

Hello Sarah! I just finished reading your chapter of the book iBlog. It was SO EXTREMELY helpful. I am just now thinking of SEO on my blog and the information you shared about building links and back links is really great information. Thank you for sharing. This is a GREAT resource.

I am so proud of you!! Life is real and daily/monthly challenges happen. -6lbs is a huge success. Of course we can always "do better", but if you were perfect you wouldn't be so encouraging (cuz lets face it, the rest of us are not perfect, lol). I applaud your courage to track your journey here. Keep on keeping on~
Blessings, Sheri
