We are in the process of converting our two car garage into 2 bedrooms and a laundry room. This will give us some space to spread out a little!
My 14 year old son will get one bedroom and my 11 year old daughter will get the other. My daughter is thinking either pink or yellow. I’m thinking….”No, not yellow, we have a lot of yellow already in our home!” So we’ve been looking at some inspiration photos of the pink. Feel free to help us out if you come across any awesome inspiration pictures. We need to make some decisions soon!
This one is pretty cool. Love the bed…..and the pictures on the wall! We won’t be picking out or building a new bed though……so, stay focused….no drooling!
This one has a combination of the pink and yellow which is cute. I pinned this one mainly for the curtains though! We may have to come up with some curtains similar to this!
I like the pink and black on this one
She’s liking the white framing on this one. The color of pink is close to what she’s looking for, too.

She ended up going with Yellow and Pink. Not my 1st choice, but I'm sure it will be cute. As long as she loves it, that's what counts. She may do some polka dots or some stripes or hearts yet….just have to decide what still!

Think about something that will grow with them. At that age my room was purple and black and I LOVED it! I was soooo thankful to be rid of the Holly Hobbies my mom loved so much! LOL

I like the one with the white framing on the walls. It's cute and classy. Ella wanted a pink room too. We painted the walls tan because I didn't want too much pink, and then we painted an old chest of drawers pink, hung pink shear curtains, and got her some pink bedding at a thrift store. It looks pink, but nowhere near as cute as all these examples!
