Do you get behind in your laundry like I do? I was starting to get all caught up with my laundry, when one of the kids cleaned their room and dumped all their dirty laundry into the laundry room. That got me thinking about starting the chore cards I showed you last week.
My kids do laundry, starting at the age of 5 or 6, but if you don’t have kids old enough to help you with your laundry you could always plan to do laundry at 10, 12, 2 and 4. If you’re still forgetful (like me), you could use Google Calendar to remind you. You can set it up to email you at certain times of the day to do something. That is how we remember to give my daughter (who has epilepsy) her medicine. I will check my email quickly, several times throughout the day, so I usually see it in time to where it’s not too late. If you’re really picky on how your laundry is done, you’ll obviously want to set up a schedule for yourself, rather than getting your kids to assist you. Of course, if you have a small family, you’ll have no need to do 4 loads a day!
