Do you ever just wish that you could pick something really easy to fix for dinner? I know on some busy days, I’m so glad to have easy dinner choices. Well, let me tell you, Crock Pot Angel Pork Chops falls into the easy category.
All you have to do is get some boneless pork chops, toss in an Italian seasoning packet and some butter, cream cheese and cream soup and turn it on for 5-10 hours. We made it yesterday before we went swimming. I didn’t get it in until 2:30 p.m. and it was ready for us to eat at 7:30 p.m. All I had to do was make some angel hair pasta and that only had to boil for 4 minutes before we were ready to eat.
The only thing I would possibly do differently would be to double the amount of creamy sauce (which would be the butter, can of cream soup and cream cheese), because it tastes so good. We had enough, but, my kids would’ve gladly eaten more. It’s a delicious meal you’ll want to try out on your family to see what they think!
