Breakfast Egg Casserole with Egg & Bacon
This egg casserole recipe makes 2 9x13 pans of delicious, cheesy egg casserole.

- 12 large Eggs
- 6 cups milk
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium red pepper
- 2 cups crumbled bacon bits
- 4 cups shredded cheese
- 24 slices bread (or use dried bread cubes)
Leave out bread for several hours or overnight so it hardens, then cut into cubes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop red and green pepper
Whisk 12 eggs. Stir in milk and garlic powder.
Layer bread cubes, followed by peppers, bacon and cheese in 2 9x13 pans.
Pour half of the egg mixture into each pan.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake on 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. When fork comes out clean, you'll know it is done.
