Crockpot Brisket

- 1 - 5-6 lb brisket I used 2 3lb briskets
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 c. grape jelly or Hawaiian sweet and sour sauce
- 1 package of onion soup mix

Turn on your crockpot to low setting.
Take the brisket out of the package and put it in the crockpot.
Mix the chili sauce, grape jelly or hawaiian sauce and onion soup together in a bowl.
Spread over the brisket in the crockpot.
Make sure to cover all of the brisket with the mixture.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
When the brisket is finished, take from the crockpot and slice.
Pour the gravy from the crockpot over the brisket and serve.
