Ingredients

  • 1 - 5-6 lb brisket I used 2 3lb briskets
  • 1 c. chili sauce
  • 1 c. grape jelly or Hawaiian sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 package of onion soup mix
  •  

Instructions

  • Turn on your crockpot to low setting.
  • Take the brisket out of the package and put it in the crockpot.
  • Mix the chili sauce, grape jelly or hawaiian sauce and onion soup together in a bowl.
  • Spread over the brisket in the crockpot.
  • Make sure to cover all of the brisket with the mixture.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • When the brisket is finished, take from the crockpot and slice.
  • Pour the gravy from the crockpot over the brisket and serve.
