Instant Pot Chicken Caesar Sandwiches
It's sandwich time! These Instant Pot Chicken Caesar Sandwiches are going to be an unforgettable sandwich you'll want to make again and again!
Servings: 10 sandwiches
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 of 16 oz bottle Caesar dressing
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Kaiser Buns
- Bacon Bits optional for garnish
Place chicken & caesar dressing in Instant Pot.
Close lid & valve.
Cook on manual/pressure cook, high pressure for 20 minutes (if chicken is froze or 15 minutes (if chicken is thawed).
Quick release the pressure (or if you leave it a bit, that's OK, too).
Remove chicken from Instant Pot and shred.
Pour a little more sauce from Instant Pot and/or extra Caesar dressing and mix in parmesan cheese.
Serve on Kaiser Buns or if you're doing low carb, serve over lettuce for a low carb meal.
