- 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- 8 oz Smithfield Anytime Favorites Diced Ham
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
- Dried parsley for garnish.
Dice onion
Add 2/3 of the bag of tater tots to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Scatter onion over the top of the tater tots.
Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour over the tater tots.
Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese
Sprinkle Smithfield Anytime Favorites Diced Ham over the top of the cheese.
Top it off with the remaining 1.5 cups of cheese and tater tots.
Replace lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
