- 2 lbs stew meat
- 1 onion
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 tsp oregano
- 30 oz beef broth
- 2 14.5 oz cans Italian Diced tomatoes
- 2 15 oz cans Great northern Beans drain
- 2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish
Dice 1 onion, 1 cup carrots and drain beans
Cut stew meat into 1 inch pieces
Place all ingredients in slow cooker, except Parmesan cheese
Cook on low 8-9 hours
Garnish with Parmesan cheese
Freezer Bag Instructions:
Dice 1 onion, 1 cup carrots & drain beans
Cut stew meat into 1 inch pieces
Place all ingredients except parmesan cheese into gallon size, freezer safe bag
Label & lay bag flat in freezer
Get bag out of freezer the night before you plan to cook it
Place contents of bag into slow cooker
Cook on low 8-9 hours
Garnish with Parmesan cheese
