- 3 pounds beef stew meat
- 2 10.75 oz can beef consommé
- 3 large peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 can green beans drained
- 1 10 oz packages of frozen peas
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp salt
- ¼ t. pepper
Place all ingredients into Instant Pot.
Close lid and valve.
Cook beef stew on Manual/Pressure Cook, high pressure for 35 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release.
Serve in bowls
