Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef stew meat
  • 2 10.75 oz can beef consommé
  • 3 large peeled and sliced carrots
  • 1 can green beans drained
  • 1 10 oz packages of frozen peas
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c.  red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ c. Italian bread crumbs
  • bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • ¼ t. pepper

Instructions

  •  Place all ingredients into Instant Pot.
  • Close lid and valve.
  • Cook beef stew on Manual/Pressure Cook, high pressure for 35 minutes.  Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes, then quick release.
  • Serve in bowls
