Instant Pot Spanish Rice with Ground Beef
Instant Pot Spanish Rice with Ground Beef is a super simple meal that any family will love and enjoy!
- 1 ½ pounds ground chuck
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 ½ cup water
Using the saute function, heat the electric pressure cooker to “hot.” Add the ground beef and cook until brown, chopping into small pieces. Drain well.
Return meat to pressure cooker with all other ingredients. Stir to combine.
Cover and turn valve to sealing. Set pressure cooker to manual or pressure cook for 10 minutes. Natural release for 5 minutes before using quick release.
Fluff rice with a fork and serve.
