  • 2 lbs flank steak
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 20 ounces salsa
  • 2 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Sliced avocado
  • Sour cream


  • Slice onion and bell peppers.
  • Slice steak.
  • Add salsa to bottom of the Instant Pot..
  • Add rest of ingredients and stir together.
  • Close lid. Cook on Manual/Pressure Cook, High
  • Pressure for 25 minutes. Natural release. Open
  • Lid.
