Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • ½ cup white rice
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1 10 oz can tomato soup
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Tin foil

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef, drain
  • Dice 2 onions, 4 potatoes, 2 cups carrots
  • Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
  • Place onions, potatoes & carrots into slow cooker
  • Sprinkle seasoned salt onto veggies
  • Add ground beef, then sprinkle on rice
  • Mix tomato soup & water together & pour in
  • Cover & seal with tin foil and place lid on
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours

Freezer Bag Instructions:

  • Brown ground beef, drain & cool
  • Place ground beef into gallon size freezer safe bag
  • Label & lay flat to freeze
  • Remove from freezer the night before cooking
  • Dice 2 onions, 4 potatoes, 2 cups carrots
  • Place onions, potatoes & carrots into slow cooker
  • Sprinkle seasoned salt onto veggies
  • Add ground beef, then sprinkle on rice
  • Mix tomato soup & water together & pour in
  • Cover & seal with tin foil and place lid on
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours
