- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 2 onions
- 4 potatoes
- ½ cup white rice
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 10 oz can tomato soup
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Tin foil
Brown ground beef, drain
Dice 2 onions, 4 potatoes, 2 cups carrots
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
Place onions, potatoes & carrots into slow cooker
Sprinkle seasoned salt onto veggies
Add ground beef, then sprinkle on rice
Mix tomato soup & water together & pour in
Cover & seal with tin foil and place lid on
Cook on low 6-8 hours

Brown ground beef, drain & cool
Place ground beef into gallon size freezer safe bag
Label & lay flat to freeze
Remove from freezer the night before cooking
