- 1 pound cooked ground beef
- 1/2 large red onion chopped
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 2 cans 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 jar 24 oz pasta sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 T Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry pasta (orzo, macaroni, something small)
Brown ground beef in "Instant Pot", on Saute function, until meat is no longer pink. Drain grease.
Chop onion.
Peel and chop carrots (I used 2)
Add all ingredients to Instant Pot.
Close lid and vent.
Cook on Manual or Pressure Cook, high pressure, 4 minutes.
Quick Release the pressure.
Top with mozzarella cheese and serve in individual bowls.
For more spice, add more Tabasco sauce to individual bowls.
