Ingredients

  • 4 pounds stew meat
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 Tablespoons of Sweetener or 2 doonks of THM Stevia Extract Powder
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 Teaspoons jarred minced garlic
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli

Instructions

  • Place all except last two ingredients in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 5-6 hours.
  • Stir in vegetables and cook about an hour longer.

Freezer Bag Instructions:

  • Place ingredients except sesame seeds and vegetables in a freezer safe gallon bag.
  • Place vegetables in a freezer safe bag.
  • Label and lay flat to freeze.
  • Remove from freezer the night before cooking
  • Place contents of first bag into slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 5-6 hours.
  • Add vegetables and cook an hour longer.
