- 4 pounds stew meat
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 Tablespoons of Sweetener or 2 doonks of THM Stevia Extract Powder
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 Teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli
Freezer Bag Instructions:
Place ingredients except sesame seeds and vegetables in a freezer safe gallon bag.
Place vegetables in a freezer safe bag.
Label and lay flat to freeze.
Remove from freezer the night before cooking
Place contents of first bag into slow cooker.
Cook on low 5-6 hours.
Add vegetables and cook an hour longer.
