Slow Cooker Mexican Meatloaf
Slow Cooker Mexican Meatloaf is an Easy Way to Spice up Dinner Tonight (with Almost No Effort)!
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese
Press half of the meat mixture into a loaf.
Cover with half of the cheese and press the remaining meat mixture over it.
Place in a freezer safe gallon bag.
Label & lay flat to freeze
Remove from freezer the night before cooking
The morning of cooking place contents of bag into slow cooker
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
