- 1 onion
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp chopped chipotle chilis in adobo sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ¼ cup water
- Tortilla chips
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Shredded cheese
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Sliced jalapenos
Chop 1 onion
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
Place pork pork butt, onion, garlic, chilis, salt, pepper & water into slow cooker
Cook on high 6 hours
Shred pork & mix with sauce in slow cooker
Serve over chips with toppings of choice

Label bag and lay flat to freeze
Remove from freezer the night before you plan to use it
