- 2 lb boneless pork shoulder roast
- 1 ½ cup lettuce
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 package taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- Non-stick cooking spray
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
Place pork in slow cooker; sprinkle with taco seasoning mix and minced garlic.
Cook on low 7 to 9 hours
Shred pork
Stir in pineapple and lime juice.
To serve, divide pork among taco shells and top with remaining ingredients.
