Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken Sliders
These Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken Sliders are a great meal to share with friends! They're simple and delicious! Cook them for 30-40 minutes in the Instant Pot, shred and then serve on slider buns! YUM!
Servings: 6 servings
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce*
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- Slider buns
Place all ingredients, except buns into Instant Pot
Cook on Manual, 40 Minutes, high pressure (if chicken is frozen) OR 30 minutes if thawed.
Shred chicken, Stir in a couple of spoonfuls of liquid from the Instant Pot.
Serve on buns
Freezer Bag Instructions:
Place all ingredients into gallon size freezer safe bag
Label & lay bag flat to freeze
Remove from freezer the night before you plan to use it
Cook on Manual, 40 minutes (if chicken is frozen) and 30 minutes if it's not.
Stir in a couple of spoonfuls of liquid from the Instant Pot.
Serve on Buns
Slow Cooker Instructions:
*sub with chili sauce if you can't find Thai
