This spinach bacon quiche may be one of the easiest recipes to quickly throw together for the slow cooker! If you don't like spinach, you can leave it out OR replace it with another vegetable (like broccoli, green peppers, onions, etc.) You'll love it!

- 1 tbsp butter
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 8 ounces shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 10 pieces bacon chopped (or sub for 3/4 cup of real bacon bits)
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach or any other vegetable
Grease slow cooker with butter
Combine eggs, milk, cheese, spinach and pepper in a large mixing bowl and then add to slow cooker.
Sprinkle cooked bacon over the top
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
Serve!
