  • Place frozen chicken in slow cooker
  • Pour enchilada sauce and taco seasoning on top of chicken
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours
  • Shred Chicken
  • Serve chicken mixture on top of tortilla chips or in soft flour tortillas and add cheese along with toppings of your choice
  • We love refried beans with our nachos and tacos. And it's always a treat when I make our homemade salsa to serve on Mexican Night!
