Easy Instant Pot Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby carrots
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place baby carrots into Instant Pot.
  • Add, butter, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and water.
  • Close lid and valve. Cook on Manual/Pressure Cook, high pressure for 4 minutes. Once the timer goes off, quick release the pressure.
  • Stir carrots and let cool. The sauce will thicken a bit as it cools.
  • Serve.
