Ingredients

  • loaf of Italian Bread cubed
  • Cup  Pumpkin Puree
  • eggs Large
  • Cups  Milk
  • tsp  Vanilla
  • tsp  pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4  cup  brown sugar
  • powdered sugar optional topping
  • Syrup optional topping

Instructions

  • Cube the bread into small to medium sized squares.
  • Place cubed bread in bottom of slow cooker.
  • Mix together pumpkin, eggs, milk, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar.
  • Pour mixture over the bread.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.
  • Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
