- 1 loaf of Italian Bread cubed
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 6 eggs Large
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- powdered sugar optional topping
- Syrup optional topping
Cube the bread into small to medium sized squares.
Place cubed bread in bottom of slow cooker.
Mix together pumpkin, eggs, milk, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar.
Pour mixture over the bread.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.
Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
