- 6 thick cut boneless pork chops
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Season pork chops with salt & pepper
Place pork chops in slow cooker
Whisk together garlic, ketchup, soy sauce & honey
Pour sauce over pork chops
Cook on low 4 hours
Whisk together cornstarch & ¼ cup cold water
Add mixture to slow cooker
Cook 1 hour
Sprinkle with parsley
Freezer Bag Instructions:

Place pork chops in into gallon size freezer safe bag
Whisk together garlic, ketchup, soy sauce & honey, add to bag
Label bag & lay flat to freeze
Remove from freezer the night before
Place contents into slow cooker
Cook on low 4 hours
Whisk together cornstarch & ¼ cup cold water
Add mixture to slow cooker
Cook 1 hour
Sprinkle with parsley
