Ingredients

  • 2 1/2- pound pork boneless shoulder roast
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic from a jar
  • 3 pounds baby yellow potatoes

Instructions

  • Mix together brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Place pork roast in slow cooker and sprinkle with mixture.
  • Place yellow potatoes all around the roast.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
