- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large bell pepper chopped
- 6 stalks celery chopped
- 1 package of chili seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 2 15 oz cans chili beans
- 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
In a 6 quart or larger Instant Pot, Saute ground beef with minced garlic
Drain ground beef.
Add chopped onion, bell pepper and celery.
Saute for another minute.
Add chili seasoning and water.
And chili beans, diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes & green chilies, and tomato sauce.
Cook on manual/Pressure Cook, high pressure for 10 minutes.
Either Quick Release or Natural Release, depending on the amount of time you have.
Once all steam has released, open Instant Pot and stir.
Serve with corn chips, sour cream, and cheese.
