Ingredients

  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped
  • 6 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 package of chili seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 15 oz cans chili beans
  • 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce

Instructions

  • In a 6 quart or larger Instant Pot, Saute ground beef with minced garlic
  • Drain ground beef.
  • Add chopped onion, bell pepper and celery.
  • Saute for another minute.
  • Add chili seasoning and water.
  • And chili beans, diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes & green chilies, and tomato sauce.
  • Cook on manual/Pressure Cook, high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Either Quick Release or Natural Release, depending on the amount of time you have.
  • Once all steam has released, open Instant Pot and stir.
  • Serve with corn chips, sour cream, and cheese.
