- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 15 oz cans of chili beans
- 2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 2 15 oz cans corn drained
- 4 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 32 oz beef broth
- Toppings: crushed tortilla chips shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream
Using the Saute function, brown ground beef in Instant Pot.
Drain grease.
Place all ingredients, except optional toppings, into Instant Pot.
Cook on manual or pressure cook, high pressure for 15 minutes.
Quick release or slow release the vent.
Stir and dip into individual bowls.
Top with cheddar cheese, sour cream and broken up tortilla chips.
Serve!
