- 1-2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 green peppers sliced
- 2 red peppers sliced
- 2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 15 oz can of water
- 1 can corn optional
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
Brown ground beef with onion in Instant Pot using the Saute function.
Drain beef and onions.
Add sliced peppers, tomatoes and remaining ingredients, except rice to the Instant Pot.
Stir in cooked rice.
Cook at high pressure 7 minutes. Then wait 10 minutes before releasing the pressure.
