- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 4 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 4 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- Spaghetti noodles
Brown ground beef & drain
Combine all ingredients except pasta in slow cooker
Cook on low 8 hours, removing lid for last 2 hours to thicken sauce
Cook pasta according to package directions
Serve sauce over cooked pasta
Freezer Bag Instructions:
Brown ground beef & drain
Combine all ingredients except pasta in gallon size freezer safe bag
Label and lay flat to freeze.
Remove from freezer the night before cooking
Place contents of bag into slow cooker.
Cook on low 8 hours removing lid for last 2 hours to thicken sauce
Cook pasta according to package directions
Serve sauce over cooked pasta
