Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 large green pepper chopped
  • 4 mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 pound of Barilla Penne Pasta
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1 jar of Barilla Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Begin boiling water for Barilla Penne Pasta
  • While that is boiling, chop onion and peppers, slice mushrooms.
  • Sauté Vegetables in Olive Oil.
  • Add Shrimp
  • Add Basil
  • Drain Barilla Penne Pasta and add to skillet.
  • Add Barilla Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce and stir.
  • Top with Mozzarella Cheese.
  • Serve
