  • Boil Eggs.  Peel & Then Rinse.
  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Dump egg yolks into a bowl.
  • Peel avocado and place into a bowl.  
  • Mash the avocado and egg yolks together.
  • Add salt and Tabasco.  
  • Fill Egg Whites.
  • Eat & Enjoy
