Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 2 pounds of Pork Chops

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a gallon sized freezer safe bag.
  • Seal and squish around to make sure that the marinade coats the pork chops well.
  • If cooking on the grill, let sit in marinade for 3+ hours before grilling.
  • If cooking in the slow cooker, there’s no need to let it marinade, as it will be cooking in the marinade all day.
  • For Slow Cooker:  Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5.
  • For Grill:  Cook over medium heat until cooked all the way through.  Be sure it is cooked all the way through before serving.

Freezer to Slow Cooker Instructions:

  •  Place all ingredients into gallon sized freezer safe bag.
  • Squish ingredients around in bag until pork chops are well coated.
  • Label and lay flat to freeze.
