Herbed Pork Chops in the Slow Cooker

If my husband was willing to try pork chops, I am pretty sure I could come up with an amazing recipe.  Let me tell you, this one was just that.  AMAZING!

  • Mix first 8 ingredients together and pour into the bottom of slow cooker.  Cut slits into each pork chop and salt and pepper each piece of meat.  Place meat in the slow cooker, stirring it around being sure to cover the meat with the liquid.  Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4.  Periodically baste the pork chops with the liquid throughout the day, so they stay covered and the meat takes on the great flavors from the spices.

Freezer to Slow Cooker Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a one gallon size freezer safe bag.  Swish it around so that it covers the meat nicely.  Label and lay flat to freeze.
