Today, my plan is a frugal one, based on the fact that I have so much turkey to eat up. I have 4 meals using the turkey leftovers from Thanksgiving on this plan. Most of them are written so that you can still use it with the Freezer to Slow Cooker method if you have enjoyed cooking that way so far. I’ve also added 2 beef dishes, so that you can hopefully throw in some variety! This week we will be eating:
Turkey BBQ Sandwiches
Turkey Tortilla Soup
Turkey Tetrazzini
Pepperoni & Turkey Quesadillas
Spicy Beef Vegetable Soup
Slow Cooker Enchiladas
