Today is the day that I begin a special series that I have been working on. I have 25 unique crafts that are relatively easy and inexpensive that you can do with your toddler or preschooler. I’ve designed it so that you can do one craft a day for 25 days, all the way until Christmas! You can use it as your Advent Calendar or just as a fun special activity for your child to look forward to this Christmas season! Does that sound overwhelming to you, mom? It always has to me, but you should see how excited my children were when I announced that I had such a long list of crafts to do! None of them are very hard. In fact, I had selected these for my little children, but my BIG children are super excited about them as well! So here, I go, sucking up the fact that we are going to make a mess and instead, I’m going to enjoy making some memories!
I also have a special bonus for you! I will post each craft here on my blog each day, but I will also be giving away a free e-book with all of the crafts in it along with a shopping list and templates that some of the crafts will need for anyone who subscribes to (or already is subscribed to) my blog. The benefit of having the e-book is the ability to plan ahead a little more with your shopping list and with printing out the templates you may need. I’m hoping you’ll have a lot of the supplies laying around your house, but you may need to get a few things at the store.
I’m currently putting the finishing touches on my e-book and as soon as it is ready, I will let you know! It will be soon, I promise.
OK, so on with it. We will begin with a super easy one to get you started. You probably already do this one, it’s so easy….but I had to start somewhere!

You want to know what my 2 year old told me while we were doing this craft?
“You’re the best mommy EVER!!”
Now that, made this mommy heart melt. It also made me realize that I don’t take enough time to do simple crafts with them. It’s easy to think you’ve already done that when you have older kids in the house, but remember, the younger kids may not have done them yet.
