If you’re new to the Freezer to Slow Cooker way of eating, basically, you’re assembling your crockpot meals for the freezer. You are doing all of the prep work in advance, so that your work each day is minimal. Most of the time, it involves putting it in the crockpot and turning it on. Of course, some days, you’ll need to boil some noodles or rice to serve it over, but that is minimal. Sounds fun, right? The weeks that I do these meals, free up so much extra time and stress for me! I only assemble a week at a time, because beyond that, it is overwhelming for me.
