I have been making Crockpot Freezer Meals for about 5 years now and let me tell you, they are a lifesaver for me. On the weeks that I have all of my meals planned out and in the freezer, my supper time (which also coincides with my busy time of driving kids to karate, play practice, etc. ) becomes so much less stressful. The hardest part? Remembering to put it in the slow cooker. (But don’t worry, I’ve got a fix for that….I’ll tell you about it on Friday)
On weeks that I don’t get my meals all made up for the week, they are just chaotic. I never remember to figure out what’s for supper during the day. Then, 5:00 sneaks up on me and I’m scrambling to serve something that’s not frozen pizza or hot dogs. I’m usually defrosting some sort of meat and trying really hard to go as fast as I can to serve people before they start dispersing to the evening activities.
So, this week, in an effort to get you to experience the joy of having supper for the week ready for you, I’ve decided to give you a FREE printable Freezer to Slow Cooker meal plan. It comes as a PDF, so you can also download it and look at it on your phone if you prefer.
What Comes in a Freezer to Slow Cooker Weekly Menu?
- 6 slow cooker recipes.
- Grocery shopping list for all 6 recipes, along with meal #’s, so that if you decide to leave off a meal, you can easily mark it off of your list.
- An extra, blank, shopping list, so that you can add more to your menu if you want to.
- Assembly instructions, just in case you want to assemble them all at once.
- Printable labels along with extra cooking instructions, so that you can attach them to your freezer bag.

OK, so now that you know what is included, maybe you’d like to know what we’ll be eating from this menu? Let me tell you, it’s a great week!
Recipes in THIS FREE Slow Cooker Menu
-
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo – This is a famous recipe in my house. I normally make it in the skillet, but recently converted it to a slow cooker recipe. It’s DELICIOUS! If your family likes mushrooms and/or broccoli, these would be great added to this recipe.
-
Chicken Gnocchi Soup – Have you ever eaten at Olive Garden and ordered their famous soup, salad and breadsticks? This soup is a knock off of my favorite at that restaurant. It’s not exactly the same, but it’s really, really close!
-
Cowboy Beans – This is a hearty meal that tastes great with cornbread.
-
Cheeseburger Casserole – This is a simple meal that is served over noodles and topped with lots of cheese! My kids loved this one!
-
Pepper Steak – Who doesn’t love peppers? Well, OK, some of you probably don’t, but you could just make the recipe without the peppers, if your family doesn’t like them as much as mine do.
- Maple & Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin – This one was amazing. My husband ate his on a tortilla. I kind of looked at him like he was crazy, but he’s a little weird with pork. I ate it with the sauce slathered all over the top of it, just as a main dish. One amazing main dish!
