Did you all see my announcement hidden in the Shaklee 180 final results post the other day? I thought I’d post it one more time, just in case you aren’t interested in reading my weight loss updates and totally missed it.
Baby #7 is going to be joining our family! Yay!
Baby is due to be born around March 16th.
This is new territory for me. I started this blog 2 years ago when I had a 3 month old infant who was clingy, clingy, clingy, but I have yet to blog while pregnant. Not that it will change anything, but I may “bore” you with pregnancy updates, complaints and tips. I hope you don’t mind!
Things I’m Concerned About?
- Finding a doctor – Our doctor retired. Our last baby was his last delivery.
- Finding a doctor who will do a VBAC – #6 was my first C-section and I never want to do it again if at all possible! So the search is on for a new OB.
- Where to deliver? I think we only have one doctor in town and she doesn’t do VBAC’s, so it looks like I’ll be travelling, or home birthing. I have done a home birth before, but at this point I’d rather just go to the hospital. I will be checking into options anywhere from 20 minutes away to 2 hours away. Obviously, I prefer the shortest distance possible, cuz nobody likes to travel while in active labor!
- Weight – Because I just lost plenty of weight, I’m naturally concerned about gaining it all back. I’ve had a weird appetite and things that used to sound good sound horrible. Smells gross me out. Food grosses me out. I plan to continue using my Shaklee smoothies as well as continue learning more about the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating. I’ve been reading so many awesome success stories and I believe it will even help me have lower blood pressure towards the end of my pregnancy.
Since we already have most everything we need, I only have one large purchase on my agenda. A swing! Unfortunately, after our last baby, our swing’s motor went out, so we will be buying a new one. After having it last time, I will definitely be buying the same exact kind as before. It was ahhh-mazing! My favorite feature was that it plugs in so you never run out of batteries!
So, how many of YOU are pregnant along with me? When are you due? What # is this for you?
