Since starting the Shaklee 180™ program, I’ve been looking for new ways to get my body moving!
I’ve gone bike riding.
I’ve gone hiking.
I’ve just gone plain ole walking.
I’ve lifted weights at the gym.
I’ve gone to exercise classes.
I’ve done the treadmill and the bike at the gym.
I’ve jumped on the trampoline with the kids.
I’ve done T-tapp videos at home.
I’ve ran a marathon. (Ha…. I wish! I’m not quite THAT good. I actually HATE running!)
But, as you can see, I’ve been finding all sorts of different ways to break a sweat.
