I bought up a bunch of sausage for $1 a pound, so I’m trying to throw in some extra sausage recipes to help us eat a little cheaper. THis Brunch Casserole Recipe is not only cheap but super easy. I hope you don’t mind! We love eating breakfast-y meals for supper.
Ingredients: 1 lb sausage, browned & drained 1 can condensed cream of potato soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 2/3 cup milk 2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 t. pepper 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 bag of hashbrowns (20 oz or so) 1 10 oz bag of frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (can substitute something else if your store doesn’t carry this) 1/2 cup cheddar cheeseDirections:
Combine all ingredients except frozen veggies and hashbrowns in freezer safe bag. Label & Freeze.
On Cooking Day:
In slow cooker, mix together contents from freezer bag, vegetables and hashbrowns. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 2.5 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.

I'm trying to find which week of meals this recipe goes with. The meals listed in the picture don't seem to be in the list of "Week 1", "Week 2", etc. meals. Are they there? It would be nice to have the shopping list and plan for this week too.
Thanks!
Sarah
