Slow Cooker Pizza is one of those dishes that is easy to throw together and it doesn’t have to cook very long either. It is very versatile and cook on low for several hours or all day.
We love using ground beef recipes in our slow cooker, including Crock Pot Sloppy Joes and Easy Crockpot Chili.

Do you know how many servings this is?

Hi Sarah, to take another step out of the equation when you're cooking this, you can cook and freeze the pasta as well. Just cook as normal, rinse well, and lay flat in a freezer bag. Will defrost overnight in the fridge with the other ingredients.
Love your page and recipes!

Wow, I've never tried that. I always heard that the noodles weren't a very good consistency. I'll have to give a try and see for myself. Thanks for the heads up!!

Is it one box of rigatoni per serving or do we split the rigatoni into two as well? Thanks in advance for a reply, love your recipes and can already see that they will be a time (and sanity!) saver!
Sidetracked Sarah says
Hi Brittany. The rigatoni is one box for the whole serving. The only reason that you are putting 1/2 in one bag and 1/2 in the other (of the meat mixture) is so that it is easier to layer. You'll be using it all in this one dish, unless you need a much smaller serving for your family of course. I hope that helps! I hope you continue to enjoy the recipes!

My family loved this, it was great! Just thought I would mention that when I printed off the recipe page with ingredients list, pepperoni was not on the list, but I didn’t notice that until I brought everything home, and started it, so you may want to add that to the ingredient list on the recipe page. Thanks!

Oh I'm so sorry. I'll update that. I know why that is…. we always have it in our freezer. That doesn't help YOU very much though, does it? I appreciate you letting me know my error so we can make life a bit easier for everyone else!

Is the ground beef cooked before you freeze it? thanks
Sidetracked Sarah says
Yes, it is cooked first.

Hey there! So… question, esepcially on the meatloaf – but i closed that tab and can't find it again! are the cooking times for these freezer-crock recipies from FROZEN or do you thaw them overnight first?
This whole f-c is GENIUS!!!! Thanks sooo much for doing all this work so I don't have to! Got another baby coming and i'm thinking I'll do these types of meals instead of meats & sides so it makes the whole meal thing even easier!

You are so sweet! It has definitely helped me out a lot. You should try to defrost your stuff by sticking it in the fridge the night before if possible. If you happen to forget like I often do, either let it sit out all morning and cook it on high…or just stick it in frozen, just allow for some extra cooking time (like an hour or so).
